In the field of stationary automation, CuroCon GmbH provides engineering services and products for research, development, prototype construction as well as small and large series production in plant engineering around testing and process plants. Over the years, cross-industry know-how has been accumulated here for automotive, testing, vehicle, aviation, railroad, building, energy, measurement, control, hybrid and drive technology. The realization of customer-specific solutions and special designs as well as conversions and modernizations are also part of the repertoire and offer customers corresponding added value in terms of sustainability and recyclability. The complete project handling via professional project management, consulting, conceptual design, planning, project engineering, execution, commissioning, acceptance, documentation and service complete the company's field of activity.
The company also develops and implements system solutions and products from the specialist areas of measurement, control and regulation technology as well as visualizations and simulations within the scope of test bench and plant engineering. The in-house automation system CuroControl® is such a product as a cost-conscious all-in-one solution that provides the customer with high flexibility through modular hardware and software design and freely configurable operating and visualization interfaces for industrial applications and processes.

mobile automation
In the field of mobile automation, CuroCon GmbH supplies engineering services and products for electromobility and for the electrification of commercial and municipal vehicles. The transfer of know-how from electromotive powertrain replication from plant engineering to on-board control units (ECUs) opened up new business areas and fields of activity. Driver information/operator systems and displays are also part of the expanded portfolio for this area. Integrated safety functionality, connection to electronic braking systems (EBS), data recording of relevant vehicle parameters for diagnostic purposes, and an integrated service interface for remote maintenance/diagnostics complete the range.
The further development of the basic automation to the product group of the CuroControl®MSRVx also includes a mobile measurement/control system for operation in vehicles and electromobility. This system can be used to measure or acquire real driving data for hybrid and electric vehicles as well as to control and regulate electric drive systems in electric vehicles and electromobility. In addition, it is possible with this system to process the real driving data after their acquisition and storage for the transfer and simulation of driving situations on a suitable test bench. A further objective is the further development and scaling of this system in the direction of the smallest possible construction volume, which will further increase its usability and market acceptance in mobility applications.
The various possible applications of the CuroControl®MSRVx Group demonstrates the extensive flexibility and modularity of the innovative overall system CuroControl®which is the basis for promising products in various market segments.

In the field of energy automation, CuroCon GmbH provides engineering services and products for energy and charging technology as well as associated load and energy management in conjunction with renewable energy generation and storage. This also includes charging infrastructure for factory/works premises and charging parks including associated load/energy management. Charging technology for electric and hybrid vehicles/commercial vehicles and the associated charging controller for reliable communication with the electric vehicle and for monitoring the entire charging process between the vehicle and the charging station are also part of the product range.
CuroCon GmbH has been accompanying the development of electromobility, charging and battery technology for several years now, also in networks and working groups, and is pushing the expansion of these technologies in these areas. In the coming years, the topic of energetic automation will continue to be our passion, which we are constantly expanding and adding new products to.

CuroCon GmbH has been involved in research and development for years. Here, innovations are tested, which subsequently find their way into our products and services. The areas of energy efficiency, use of energies as well as their management are close to our hearts in addition to mobile, stationary as well as energetic automation. We work together with our partners from universities and industry in a trusting and profitable manner. Of course, our projects are recognized by renowned research centers and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
An initial research and development product here was the evTrailer, as a self-sufficient and electrically driven truck trailer and vehicle trailer. The aim of this project was to design and develop a self-sufficient drive cooperation system for trailers with integrated energy and operating strategy management.
Another research and development product is MuFuBisS as a controllable wall/insulation element for storing renewable energy with cloud-based building/energy management, which builds on the energy and construction industry's need for intelligent solutions for energy and climate management in utility grids in conjunction with remotely controllable consumers and heating/cooling systems.
