In February 2009, the Sat.1 regional magazine Rhineland-Palatinate/Hesse presented the nippy runabout of AKASOL e. V. of the Technical University in Darmstadt in a short report.
In times of constantly rising petrol and commodity prices, OSCAR would be a real alternative for inner-city transport.
In just 3 years, OSCAR grew out of its infancy and is now waiting as a finished study to go into series production with a car manufacturer.
