Workplace health promotion at CuroCon GmbH

CuroCon has also long recognized its responsibility for its employees in this regard and would like to contribute further through additional company health promotion measures. Thus, the existing good working and company climate at CuroCon will be further expanded and enhanced by additional feel-good factors in terms of team spirit and employee health.

Current situation

Currently, CuroCon already provides its employees with modern office space including a relaxation room, as well as ergonomically valuable workstations, thus ensuring the well-being of each individual. Furthermore, flexible working hours and flextime, as well as the free provision of drinks such as water, coffee or tea in the office have been established for years and joint fitness events such as participation in the Bensheim Jog'n Rock half marathon or the relay marathon in Frankfurt are also worth mentioning.

Future activities

All of this is now to be expanded to include the possibility of quarterly joint health promotion campaigns or support for active membership of regional fitness studios, and at the same time a pilot project is being launched at CuroCon on the subject of "lunch" in order to pay more attention to healthy and balanced nutrition in times of fast food and fast-food snacks. Unfortunately, since food is now usually served quickly and without much effort, this can also put a strain on our health in the long run. Therefore, once a week at a joint lunch, we serve fresh seasonal ingredients from the region. The lunch will consist of a starter, a main course and a dessert and will be delivered in natural state and cooked directly in the office's own kitchen before consumption.

Last but not least and true to the motto "An apple a day keeps the doctor away", CuroCon will regularly provide its employees with "seasonal and local fruit" to strengthen their immune system and provide them with enough vitamins to cope with the diverse but interesting tasks in their daily work.
